Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of – Direct Sales in the Home Loans segment at our Bangalore branches. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and closing home loan business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Source home loan business.
  • Generate leads and convert them into disbursements
  • Conduct customer meetings and explain product offerings
  • Collect and verify customer documents as per policy
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing
  • Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends



Graduation is Mandatory for Experienced Candidates
