Position: Duty Doctor

Location: As per company requirement

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job SummaryBelvaa Senior Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Duty Doctor to provide quality medical care to residents, monitor their health, and coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely treatment and continuity of care.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily medical rounds and assess residents' health conditions.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and review treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
• Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and ensure follow-up care.
• Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and the Clinical Head for patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
• Counsel residents and their families regarding treatment and preventive care.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• QualificationsMBBS from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the relevant State Medical Council.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of clinical experience are welcome to apply.
• Required SkillsStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies effectively.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Team-oriented with a compassionate approach toward senior care.
