Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dosa Master who can prepare a variety of South Indian dishes with consistency, hygiene, and speed. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling dosa counters and maintaining quality standards in a busy restaurant environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare different varieties of dosas, uttapams, and other South Indian breakfast items.
- Ensure proper batter preparation, fermentation, and storage.
- Maintain taste consistency and presentation standards.
- Manage dosa counter operations during service hours.
- Monitor stock levels for ingredients and coordinate with kitchen team.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Minimize wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Support the kitchen team during peak operational hours.
- Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Dosa Master in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Team player with positive attitude and discipline.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and specialty drinks as per company standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
