Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dosa Master who can prepare a variety of South Indian dishes with consistency, hygiene, and speed. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling dosa counters and maintaining quality standards in a busy restaurant environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare different varieties of dosas, uttapams, and other South Indian breakfast items.
• Ensure proper batter preparation, fermentation, and storage.
• Maintain taste consistency and presentation standards.
• Manage dosa counter operations during service hours.
• Monitor stock levels for ingredients and coordinate with kitchen team.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Minimize wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency.
• Support the kitchen team during peak operational hours.
• Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Dosa Master in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and energetic Coffee Maker to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service and hygiene standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of coffee preparation, machine handling, and café operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, and specialty drinks as per company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Follow SOPs for beverage preparation and customer service.
• Handle customer requests and provide recommendations when required.
