Job Description
🚗 Hiring: EV Drivers – Shoffr
Shoffr is hiring *professional drivers* to operate electric vehicles and provide premium ride experiences to guests.
💰 Earnings
* *₹21,000 monthly salary*
* *₹807 per working day*
* *₹403 per bench day (if no trip assigned)*
* *Overtime: ₹75 per hour*
* *Extra duty bata up to ₹450*
🎯 Monthly Incentives
Earn *up to ₹6,000 extra per month*
* Up to *₹5,000 performance bonus*
* *₹1,000 attendance bonus* for completing 26 days
📅 Work Schedule
* *12-hour shift*
* *26 working days per month*
* *Weekly rotational off*
📋 Driver Responsibilities
* Safely drive company electric vehicles
* Ensure timely guest pick-up and drop
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness
* Be polite and helpful with customers
* Follow traffic rules and company guidelines
✅ Requirements
* Valid*LMV driving license*
* Good driving experience preferred
* Basic knowledge of EV charging (training provided)
* Professional behaviour and punctuality
