EDM Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our manufacturing team as EDM Operator. The role involves operating and supporting precision machining processes to Assist in operating EDM, Wire EDM, and Laser Engraving machines

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating EDM, Wire EDM, and Laser Engraving machines
• Set up workpieces, tools, and fixtures under supervision
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets
• Monitor machining processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Perform basic measurements using gauges and inspection instruments
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety protocols
• Record production and inspection data accurately

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E. Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) – Freshers only
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machining concepts
• Exposure to engineering drawings and measurement tools

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in shifts (if required)

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of EDM/Wire EDM or CNC machining
• Familiarity with quality inspection practices
