Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails/chats professionally
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolutionMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality metrics
Open for Day rotational shift
