We are currently the distributors of Alkara Water Conditioner across Karnataka, offering innovative solutions to improve water quality for residential and commercial customers.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives who can actively generate leads, conduct on-site product demonstrations, and convert prospects into customers. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong customer interaction and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and local networking

Visit customer sites (homes, apartments, commercial spaces) to demonstrate the product

Clearly explain product benefits, usage, and value proposition to potential customers

Convert demonstrations into sales and achieve monthly targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals

Coordinate and participate in product installations along with the technical team

Ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction post-installation

Maintain daily activity reports including leads, demos, and closures

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills

Comfortable with field work and travelling within assigned territory

Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets

Basic technical understanding (training will be provided)

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Compensation

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
