We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Elevator Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, meeting targets, and expanding our customer base. This role involves market research, prospecting new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and customer needs.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.

- Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present our elevator solutions.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on products and services.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results and surpass sales targets.

- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.

- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English and familiarity with MS Office.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
