Job Role:
As an Email & Chat Support Executive, you will handle customer queries through email and chat channels, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve issues related to orders, returns, refunds, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system.
- Meet daily performance metrics including response time and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations preferred
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
