Job Description
Role Overview : We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries across voice and non-voice channels. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact to address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Handle customer interactions across multiple channels including calls, email, and chat.
- Ensure all valid customer concerns are prioritized and resolved within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of products/services to effectively assist customers.
- Process customer requests including orders, applications, and service-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Share feedback to improve overall customer service processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice and/or non-voice (BPO/call center) environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from office / BCP (Business Continuity Plan) requirements as needed.
