Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Inquiries: Reply to customers via live chat, email, and social media.
  • Solve Problems: Fix issues regarding billing, accounts, or order status.
  • Multitask: Handle 2 to 3 concurrent live chat sessions efficiently.
  • Track Data: Log interaction details accurately inside the CRM system.

Key Requirements

  • Writing: Strong written English with correct grammar and spelling.
  • Typing: Minimum speed of 40 Words Per Minute (WPM).
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with computer operations and ticketing tools.
  • Shifts: Flexibility to work in rotational day/night schedules.
