Their team comprises 41+ passionate and creative interior decorators dedicated to delivering the latest design trends.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimation Engineer to join our Interior Design & Fit-Out team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOQs, vendor analysis, and tender submissions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail interior projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Estimate project costs for materials, labor, and subcontractor work.
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit project quotations and tender documents.
• Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Maintain updated material and labor cost records.
• Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 6 Months - 1 year of experience in interior fit-out estimation.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
