Job Description
Role: Event Management (Flower Sales)
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days Working ( on site)
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive wedding flower sales by managing key client relationships and executing high-quality floral setups for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with wedding planners, decorators, and event vendors
- Drive bulk flower sales and achieve revenue targets
- Understand client needs and propose customized floral solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth and timely execution
- Handle end-to-end client communication from inquiry to delivery
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wedding planning, event management, or flower sales
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of wedding trends and floral arrangements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate business through client acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines
