Event Sales Executive

At Vismaya, we don’t just host events, we curate experiences. We are looking for someone who can own the full client journey, from the first enquiry to the final follow-up, ensuring every interaction feels seamless and personal. This role sits at the intersection of sales, guest experience, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle incoming enquiries across channels (calls, website, referrals) 

• Understand client requirements and position the right venue/experience 

• Create tailored proposals and quotations aligned with the brand 

• Drive conversions with a consultative, experience-first approach (not transactional selling) 

2. Client Relationship & Experience

• Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout their journey 

• Build strong, trust-led relationships with a focus on personalization 

• Guide clients on event flow, venue selection, and experience design 

3. Event Planning & Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (operations, F&B, vendors) to plan events 

• Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated and executed 

• Be present on-ground during events to oversee flow and guest experience 

4. Post-Event Engagement

• Follow up with clients for feedback and relationship building 

• Encourage repeat bookings and referrals 

• Maintain a strong client database and engagement pipeline 

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in hospitality, events, luxury sales, or guest relations 

• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills 

• Comfortable handling both sales targets and on-ground execution 

• Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi 

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality, boutique venues, or experiential brands preferred 

• Ability to commute or relocate to the Hosur/Sarjapur Area

• Education in Hotel Management or Hospitality training or Marketing & Business 

• Hands-on experience with MS Office and relevant software
