Eyewear Consultant (EC) – Titan Eye+ Job Description
Position: Eyewear Consultant / Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products (frames, lenses, sunglasses, contact lenses)
- Provide product knowledge and styling advice based on customer needs
- Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
- Handle billing, stock management, and store operations
- Support eye check-up coordination with optometrists
- Maintain store presentation and product displays
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication and customer handling skills
Sales or retail experience preferred
Presentable personality with basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in retail shifts
