Job Summary

Tribal Brew Coffee is looking for a proactive Facility Manager & Site Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day facility operations at client locations. The role focuses on ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, construction, and interior-related systems so clients can operate without interruptions or operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations (Core Role – Client Location)

• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, civil, and interior installations.
• Monitor furniture, doors, windows, fixtures, and site infrastructure.
• Prevent operational disruptions through routine inspections.
• Quickly resolve maintenance or technical issues.

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and contractors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Track service quality and completion timelines.

Site Supervision

• Supervise interior and construction execution when required.
• Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and proper finishing.

Client Support

• Act as main contact for facility-related concerns.
• Provide prompt solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, interiors, or construction works.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-handling ability.
• Ability to manage vendors and labour effectively.

Experience Required

Minimum 1+ year experience in facility management, construction, interiors, or related field preferred
