Restaurant Manager – Seben Pan Asian KitchenLocation: Bengaluru
Position: Full-Time
About Us: Seben Pan Asian Kitchen brings together the authentic flavors of Asia using fresh ingredients, handcrafted sauces, and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding dining experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Control inventory, reduce wastage, and manage stock.
- Coordinate with chefs and vendors for smooth operations.
- Drive sales through promotions and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Requirements2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in Chinese, Pan-Asian, or casual dining is preferred.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
