Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their residential or business locations for payment collection.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and recover outstanding dues within assigned timelines.
- Negotiate repayment schedules with customers as per company policies.
- Verify customer addresses and contact details during field visits.
- Update collection activities and customer interactions in the system on a daily basis.
- Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
- Submit daily visit reports and collection status updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for account-related issues.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
