POSITION: FIELD EXECUTIVES – Receivables Management

LOCATION: 11TH CROSS, MALLESWARAM

JOP TYPE: FULL TIME

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

·      Visit customers with overdue loans or credit card dues

·      Explain outstanding payments and collect dues or documents

·      Update daily visits reports and recovery status in the client portals

·      Coordinate with the telecalling and recovery team

·      Ensure timely follow-up and maintain professionalism in field
