Job Description

• Visit assigned customer locations for collection of overdue payments

• Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and repayment commitments

• Explain payment options and settlement details to customers

• Update collection status and customer feedback on a daily basis

• Coordinate with the team leader for case updates and closures

• Maintain proper records of visits, receipts, and collection activities

• Ensure professional behavior while interacting with customers

• Meet daily/monthly collection targets assigned by the company

• Handle debt recovery cases as per company process and compliance

• Travel within the assigned area for field visits
