Field Engineer

�️ Key Responsibilities 

 CMS Deployment & Configuration: Install and configure CMS platforms used for managing 

telecom content, subscriber data, and service provisioning. 

 System Integration: Integrate CMS with other telecom systems such as OSS/BSS, billing 

platforms, and network management tools. 

 Field Operations: Perform on-site installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of CMS

related hardware and software. 

 Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, conduct preventive maintenance, 

and ensure uptime of CMS infrastructure. 

 Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, updates, and field 

reports. 

 Customer Support: Provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams regarding CMS 

functionality and issues. 

 Compliance & Security: Ensure CMS operations comply with telecom regulations, data 

protection standards, and internal security protocols.

� Required Skills & Qualifications 

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. 

 Experience: 2–5 years in telecom field engineering with exposure to CMS platforms. 

 Technical Skills: Familiarity with telecom CMS tools  

 Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities. 

 Mobility: Willingness to travel to remote sites and work flexible hours.

 CMS platforms (Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE) 

 Network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
