Field Executive – Payroll Selling

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Field Executive with experience in payroll services selling and field sales. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, generating leads, onboarding new businesses, and converting them into long-term clients through our *Employment & Payroll Outsourcing System*.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Visit small and medium business owners to explain our Employment & Payroll Outsourcing System

* Generate leads and convert them into active clients

* Handle employee onboarding into the payroll system

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Provide regular updates and reports on field activities

* Address and resolve client queries related to *Sevak Mithra* services

 *Required Skills & Qualifications*

* 3–5 years of experience in payroll services, HR services, or field sales

* Good understanding of payroll outsourcing, ESI, and PF basics

* Strong communication and convincing skills

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

* Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
