Job Title: Field Executive / Runner – Loan Processing

Job Role:

We are looking for a Field Executive (Runner) who will be responsible for physically handling and coordinating home loan files with partner banks. The role involves visiting banks, submitting documents, and ensuring smooth processing and follow-ups until loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and submit loan files to partner banks
• Coordinate with bank officials for file processing and updates
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission
• Follow up regularly for status updates and approvals
• Track files from submission to final loan disbursement
• Maintain records of all files handled.

Location:

South Bangalore (Jayanagar to HSR Layout and nearby areas)

Salary / Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Travel Allowance: Reimbursed
• Incentives: Per file processed and loan disbursed.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Requirements:

• Must own a bike (mandatory)
• Should be fluent in Kannada (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of banking or loan process is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible and punctual.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in field work / banking / NBFC / loan processing is an advantage
• Familiarity with South Bangalore bank locations
