Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ex-Serviceman will be given priority
- Minimum 1 year experience in the security field
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct field supervision across assigned locations
- Brief security personnel regarding their duties and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate security manpower effectively
- Ensure proper discipline and operational efficiency at sites
- Perform routine night checks as required
- Monitor security arrangements and report issues promptly
- Manpower Management
Desired Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple site operations
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts (including nights)
