📍 Role Overview:

As a Manager – Sales, you’ll handle end-to-end sales for vacant and new properties through CRM leads, drive site visits, and close deals with confidence.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales from lead to closure

• Conduct site visits with interested clients

• Handle negotiations and ensure deal closures

• Achieve 5–6 qualified site visits every week

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus)

• Proven sales mindset with negotiation skills

• High energy, confidence, and result-driven approach

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools

🎓 Eligibility:

• Graduate (any discipline)

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience

• Currently working or serving notice period

• Must own a 2-wheeler (client visits involved)
