Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Recruiters to join our team. The role involves sourcing
and hiring candidates through field activities, job postings, and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, and local outreach
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
* Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
* Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for open positions
* Build relationships with local communities, colleges, and institutes
* Ensure timely closure of assigned positions
Requirements
* Graduation (preferred)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to travel within the city
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Basic recruitment knowledge (for experienced candidates)
