Position Overview

Namma AH Chits Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Collection Executive to promote chit fund products, acquire new customers, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely collection of installments from subscribers.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic financial understanding, customer-handling abilities, and a willingness to travel locally for field activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for chit fund schemes.
• Explain company chit plans, benefits, payment structures, and terms to prospective clients.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and agents.

Collection Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of monthly installments from customers.
• Follow up with overdue customers through calls and visits.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and receipts.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment updates.
• Handle customer queries related to payments and dues professionally.
• Reduce overdue accounts and improve collection efficiency.

Customer Service & Reporting

• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and chit fund regulations.
• Support branch operations when required.
