Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities for blue-collar and entry-level positions. The role involves field sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, local networks, and referrals

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain recruitment databases and daily hiring reports

Build partnerships with local institutes and placement agencies

Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets

Assist candidates with onboarding and documentation

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in recruitment or field hiring

Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel locally within Jayanagar and Shanti Nagar areas

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

Experience in bulk hiring or field recruitment is preferred
