Field Recruitment Manager

As the first Field Operations Lead at Sakhi, you will be at the very core of building our driver network. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role where you will actively identify, engage, and onboard women auto drivers onto the platform. You will report directly to the Founder and have real influence over how Sakhi's supply engine is built.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• On-Ground Scouting: Spend 70% of your time in the field visiting driving schools, petrol pumps, auto stands, RTOs, other hotspots to identify potential female drivers.

• Pitching & Conversion: Clearly explain Sakhi's value proposition (better pay, safer environment, flexible hours) to women who may be skeptical of app-based work.

• Documentation & Verification: Collect and verify essential documents (Aadhaar, DL, RC) and ensure every driver passes our internal "Sakhi Safety Check."

• Community Building: Act as the first point of contact for our drivers. Organize "Chai Pe Charcha" sessions to understand their pain points and keep them motivated.

• Feedback Loop: Feed real-time insights back to the founders—why are they saying no? What are their fears? How much are they currently earning?

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• The Street-Smart Hustler: You don't take "no" for an answer. You are comfortable navigating busy Bangalore streets and talking to people from all walks of life.

• The Trust Builder: You have a high degree of empathy. Women drivers often face social stigma; you need the emotional intelligence to address their concerns and their families' worries.

• Local Language Fluency: Must speak fluent Kannada. Proficiency in Hindi or English is necessary.

• Prior Experience: 1–2 years in field sales, NGO grassroots work, or supply operations for companies like Zomato, Swiggy, or local logistics startups. (Freshers with extreme hustle are welcome).

• Analytical Mindset: You can use basic tools (Google Sheets/WhatsApp Business) to track your daily "leads" (potential drivers) and conversion rates.
