Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Bearings Industry)
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives/Commission
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Accurate Bearing Centre. The role involves generating business for ball bearings across various industries and building strong client relationships in South India, especially Karnataka.
Work Location:
Accurate Bearing Centre, 13 N.R. Road, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial clients such as power plants, cement factories, sugar industries, steel plants, paper mills, and food industries
- Generate leads and secure orders for ball bearings
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Source and supply bearings of various brands (SKF, FAG, NTN, and others including imported brands)
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Travel across Karnataka (Bengaluru, Mysore, Hubli, Belgaum) for business development
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales (preferably industrial products)
- Basic knowledge of bearings or industrial components is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
