Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking and energetic Field Executive to join our team. The candidate will meet customers, explain insurance products, collect required documents, and help customers complete the insurance process.

• Key Responsibilities Visit customers at their home or office based on assigned leads.
• Explain health insurance plans and their benefits.
• Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
• Collect KYC and other required documents.
• Assist customers in completing the application process.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily visit and sales reports to the Team Leader.
• Coordinate with the office team for policy processing.
• Eligibility Qualification: 2nd PUC / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Age: 18–35 years.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Good communication skills in Kannada and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
• Skills Required Good communication and presentation skills.
• Customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to travel.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
