Job Description
Key Role & responsibilities:
Conduct regular field visits, society meetings, and on-ground interactions to generate qualified leads and drive sales
Execute promotional activities, campaigns, and society-level initiatives to increase brand visibility and conversions
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and ensure timely reporting of activities and performance
Handle customer queries and escalation cases effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, society associations, CRM teams, and other key stakeholders
6-day working week (weekends and public holidays will be working days based on on-ground requirements)
Candidate requirements:
Language : Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory); Hindi preferred
Experience : 6–12 months of field sales experience, preferably from builder channel partners, insurance, banking, or similar sales profiles
Salary : ₹20,000–₹25,000 fixed + ₹20,000–₹25,000 variable per month
Personality Traits: Hardworking, proactive, willing to travel extensively, good communication skills, must own a 2-wheeler
Reporting & Training:
Daily field work; reporting to the office once every 10 days for reviews (excluding weekly offs)
Initial training: First 3 days at the office
