Join Our Team: Field Sales Executive - Multi-Sports Program for Preschool 🏀⚽🏓
Are you passionate about fostering children's growth and development through sports? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive the expansion of our multi-sports program for preschoolers!
Responsibilities:
🌟 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets for our preschool sports program.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with preschools, daycares, and educational institutions to promote our sports activities.
📈 Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our reach in the preschool education sector.
🎯 Meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of our multi-sports program.
💡 Provide market feedback and insights to enhance program offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
🔍 Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the education or children's activity sector.
🎓 Understanding of the preschool education landscape and a passion for promoting child development through sports.
💼 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with preschool administrators, educators, and parents.
🚗 Ability to travel within the region to meet with potential clients and partners.
💪 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
👶 A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
Location: Bengaluru.
