Field Sales Executive

Fast-growing company specializing in exporting high-quality agricultural produce to global markets. The company collaborates with farmers, FPOs, and rural partners to create sustainable sourcing models while ensuring quality, transparency, and long-term value for customers and stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are hiring dynamic and target-driven professionals across Bangalore multiple Areas Field sales roles. The role focuses on expanding business in the HoReCa and institutional B2B segment, driving revenue growth, and building a strong client base.

Key Responsibilities

·        Identify and onboard new clients across HoReCa, retail, institutional, and B2B segments

·        Drive revenue growth through effective field sales and market penetration strategies

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B teams, purchase managers, distributors, and corporate clients,

·        Promote product portfolio including fresh, frozen, and dry products

·        Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and close business deals

·        Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities

·        Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of orders and client servicing

·        Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies                                                                                                                                                                                       Strong experience in managing channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

·        12th, Diploma, ITI, and any degree

·        1 to 5 years’ experience in B2B Sales / FMCG / Food & Beverage / HoReCa / Field Sales
