Job Description
The B2C Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating direct customer sales by meeting customers in assigned locations, promoting company products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves field visits, lead conversion, customer relationship building, and ensuring strong brand presence in the market.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition & SalesConduct field visits to identify and acquire new B2C customers
- Promote and sell company products/services directly to end customers
- Convert leads into successful sales closures
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Field ActivitiesPerform door-to-door or market-based promotional activities
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits clearly
- Distribute marketing materials and generate local awareness
