We're now looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and expand our B2B footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as garment retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and private labels.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present product samples, negotiate terms, and finalize orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in CRM or reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in garments or textiles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends (preferred).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
