We're now looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and expand our B2B footprint.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as garment retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and private labels.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present product samples, negotiate terms, and finalize orders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in CRM or reports.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in garments or textiles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends (preferred).
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
