Job Description

Area Sales Manager – Field Sales

Industry: PVC Edge Band / Furniture Accessories / Modular Furniture

Location: Assigned Area

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in assigned territory
  • Develop and manage dealers/distributors
  • Handle field sales for PVC edge band and furniture-related products
  • Visit plywood dealers, furniture manufacturers, and project sites
  • Generate new business and expand market reach
  • Monitor competitor activities and ensure timely collections

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 1–4 years of field sales experience in edge band / furniture / plywood / laminate industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
