Job Description
- Home Automation Systems

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer relationship abilities, and basic computer proficiency for sales coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell automation and electronic security solutions.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, consultants, corporates, and end customers.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings for project discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Follow up with customers for order closure and payments.
Project & Solution Sales
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution implementation.
- Support project execution and customer coordination activities.
- Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business.
Marketing Activities
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities.
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Reporting & Coordination
- Update daily sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate through Outlook email and office applications.
- Prepare reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Skills & Competencies
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing of:
- Home Automation Systems
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- PA Systems
- Intrusion Alarm Systems
- Related Project/Solution Business
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge:
- MS Outlook
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- PowerPoint
Language Requirement
- Kannada – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
Other Requirements
- Must own a Two-Wheeler with valid Driving License.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and project discussions.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Electronics
- Electrical
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Or related field
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in automation or security systems industry preferred.
- Experience in project sales / B2B sales is an added advantage.
