Job Description
Manage and supervise a team of delivery executives (riders) to ensure smooth daily operations
Drive team performance to meet operational KPIs (attendance, productivity, delivery SLAs)
Handle onboarding and training of new delivery partners
Ensure proper allocation and utilization of EV assets (vehicles, batteries, charging infrastructure)
Monitor field activities and resolve real-time operational issues
Maintain discipline, engagement, and motivation within the team
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Ops, HR, Fleet, Maintenance teams)
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Maintain daily reports and dashboards for performance tracking
Support hiring efforts for delivery executives to maintain required fleet strength
