Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹55,000 (₹15K–₹25K Fixed + Incentives up to ₹30K)

Job Description:

We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to guide students on educational programs and support them through the admission process. The role involves counselling students from SSLC to PhD level and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, universities, and career options
• Promote academic programs (SSLC to PhD level) and generate admissions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in enquiries
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures
• Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into enrollments
• Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills (English + local language preferred)
• Basic understanding of education/courses (training will be provided)
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to achieve targets
• Comfortable with calling, counselling, and follow-ups
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
