Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProvide academic counselling to prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person/virtual meetings
  • Understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses/programs
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up with leads and nurture them through the admission process
  • Explain course details, fee structure, and career outcomes clearly
  • Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, faculty)
  • Conduct webinars, seminars, or orientation sessions when required
  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement
