About the Role:-
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in field operations, customer acquisition, and supply generation within the real estate or marketplace domain. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing on-ground activities, interacting with apartment owners, RWAs, residents, and society management teams, while driving listing creation, listing quality improvement, and society activations in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Reach out to apartment owners in assigned societies and actively drive property listing creation on the platform, ensuring maximum onboarding.
- Guide and assist owners in completing full listings with accurate details including photos, walkthrough videos, pricing, furnishing status, and availability.
- Follow up with owners who have incomplete or pending listings and work towards increasing verified and live inventory across societies.
- Maintain high listing quality by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regular updates to keep property information fresh and relevant.
- Conduct on-ground society activations such as kiosks, registration drives, weekend campaigns, and awareness activities to boost engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with RWAs, society committees, and property owners to drive participation, reactivation, and platform adoption.
Requirements:-
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, real estate, customer acquisition, hyperlocal operations, or marketplace businesses.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and society visits.
- Ability to build relationships with residents and apartment owners.
- Basic understanding of real estate or property listings preferred.
- Self-driven and execution-focused mindset.
