Field Sales Manager

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings

Train and guide junior sales executives when required

Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly

Travel extensively within assigned territories for business development

Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems

Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams

Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

Ensure timely achievement of collection and recovery targets

Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
