Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Commissioning/Troubleshooting support to channel partners and ensuring timely
resolution.
• Interact with customers and ensure satisfaction during service visits.
• Maintain service reports, site logs, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical support and spare parts requirements.
• Inventory management – Dispatch and planning
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of HVAC/Heat Pump systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical ability.
Computer Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
