Job Summary

Performs bike repairs based on central standards, manages parts, and ensures bike readiness.

We are looking for a Bike Repair Technician responsible for carrying out repairs as per standard guidelines, managing spare parts efficiently, and ensuring all bikes are in ready-to-use condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on incoming bikes as per defined standards
• Diagnose faults and identify required repairs
• Maintain accurate repair logs and update daily reports
• Ensure achievement of daily repair targets
• Monitor and maintain high-quality repair standards
• Ensure accuracy in parts usage and inventory handling

Performance Metrics:

• Number of repairs completed per day
• Quality audit pass rate
• Accuracy in spare parts usage

Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in bike repairing
• Good technical knowledge of bike components and tools
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Basic understanding of English
• ITI/Diploma or relevant experience preferred

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shift schedule
