Field Job Hai Yeh. Bike/Scooter Hona Chahiye. Client Support And Training On Tablets And Computers Inside Hospitals.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Training the hospital staff.
  • Product demonstration
  • Handholding customers and solving their queries.
  • Resolving Technical issues related to wifi, hardware, android etc.
  • Answer queries and issues of product functionality
  • Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Report bugs and coordinate with the software engineers for eta and resolution
  • Ability to research and arrive at solution
  • Analyze the pain areas of the customer in terms of their operations and relate it with software features and explain the benefits.
