Accountant/ Accounts Executive

ole OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the construction or real estate sector. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, tracking site expenses, ensuring tax compliance (GST/TDS), and coordinating with site managers to maintain financial accuracy across multiple projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProject Costing: Track and analyze project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment. Compare actual spending against initial budgets.
• Vendor Management: Process invoices for subcontractors and suppliers; ensure timely payments and reconcile vendor statements.
• Tax Compliance: Handle monthly GST filings, TDS deductions, and ensure all construction-related tax regulations are met.
• Site Coordination: Monitor petty cash at construction sites and verify site-level expenses and muster rolls.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare Profit & Loss statements for specific projects and assist in year-end audits.
• Liaison: Coordinate with banks for project loans or bank guarantees as required.
• Specific RequirementsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in TallyPrime, Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), and GST portals.
