📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

💼 Experience: 1+ Year (Inside Sales / Business Development)

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

💰 Compensation: Negotiable + High Performance Incentives

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive conversions through inbound and outbound lead management

• Counsel prospective learners and recommend relevant programs

• Build strong relationships through consistent follow-ups

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

• Maintain accurate data and sales pipeline in CRM systems

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented with a proven ability to close deals

• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions

• Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes

🔹 Preferred Background:

• Experience in EdTech sales / Academic Counseling will be an added advantage
