Fitness Trainer

**1. Client Assessment** Check fitness level, health history, injuries, and goals. Do body measurements, BMI, strength tests if needed.

**2. Program Design** Create personalized workout plans - weight training, cardio, mobility - based on client goals like fat loss, muscle gain, rehab.

**3. Training & Instruction** Demonstrate correct exercise form, spot clients during lifts, correct posture to prevent injuries.

**4. Safety & First Aid** Ensure equipment is used safely. Handle emergencies, know CPR/First Aid. Maintain gym hygiene.

**5. Motivation & Support** Track client progress, adjust plans, keep them accountable and motivated. Push limits safely.

**6. Nutrition Guidance** Give basic diet advice, supplement info. *Note: Avoid medical prescriptions - refer to a dietician for clinical cases.*

**7. Gym Operations** Open/close gym, maintain equipment, enforce gym rules, ensure cleanliness.

**8. Sales & Retention** Conduct trial sessions, explain packages, help with membership renewals. Build client relationships.

**9. Record Keeping** Log client workouts, progress photos, attendance, payments if required.

**10. Continuous Learning** Stay updated on fitness trends, new techniques, certifications like ACE, NASM, ISSA.
