Job Description
Job Title: Floor Incharge
Department: Production / Operations
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily LPG cylinder filling and shop floor operations, ensuring safety compliance, smooth production, and minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cylinder filling, sealing, and handling operations
Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs
Monitor machines and report issues
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
Inspect cylinders before dispatch (weight, leakage, valve)
Maintain production targets and minimize downtime
Handle shop floor manpower and training
Maintain basic production and safety records
Qualification & Experience:
ITI/Diploma (Mechanical/Chemical preferred)
1–5 years of plant/production experience
Key Skills:
LPG handling & safety knowledge
Team handling and supervision
Basic technical understanding of machines
